• Early on in the building of our home addition we ran into several unforeseen obstacles. Elmer was instrumental in our re-engineering. Aside from being the most trustworthy contractor we ever met, his attention to quality and detail are unmatched. We absolutely love the new addition that Elmer built us.   • The week before we moved to Orland Park was a very tiring, frustrating time for me. I remember working in our new house and feeling bewildered at how many jobs I had to complete before I finished for the day. How I missed my Dad that day. There were so many jobs he would have helped me with--one being connecting the washer and dryer. I could feel the tears starting to well up. Then, there was a knock at the door. I opened it and was greeted by a very familiar face. I was then lectured by this person about how I should have had my cell phone on and that he had been trying to call me for several hours. He connected my washer and dryer, hugged me and left. As I watched him pull his truck out of the driveway I began to cry. The truck read "Adkins Home Improvement." I felt as if I had just been visited by my Dad. Elmer, thanks for always being there for us. You are something else.
